Acrobatics

Acrobatics is a dynamic and exciting style that combines dance technique with acrobatic elements such as balances, flexibility, strength, and tumbling skills. It focuses on control, safety, and seamless transitions between dance and acrobatic movements.

In our acro classes, dancers focus on:

  • Strength, flexibility, and conditioning

  • Balance work and controlled acrobatic skills

  • Safe technique and correct progressions

  • Smooth transitions between dance and acro elements

Acro helps dancers build body awareness, confidence, and physical control, while also supporting other dance styles through improved strength and flexibility. Safety is a key priority in all classes, with skills taught progressively and appropriately.

We offer three acro classes based on skill level, allowing dancers to progress at a pace that suits their ability and experience while ensuring correct technique and safe skill development.
